★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui extremamente mal atendido por um funcionário que não preciso falar o nome. Me atendeu com arrogância, sem educação nenhuma, zero cotersia. Me senti humilhado por esse cidadão que não tinha a humildade de explicar características da bike ou tirar simples dúvidas. Se preocupa apenas em vender e não entender o cliente. No final, duas moças gentilmente tentaram me atender, mas a vontade de nunca mais voltar nesse lugar por conta desse sujeito, falou mais alto. O cliente vai disposto a pagar caro em um produto e é atendimento dessa maneira.
I was extremely poorly attended by an employee who does not need to speak his name. He attended me arrogantly, without any education, zero cotersia. I felt humiliated by this citizen who did not have the humility to explain the bike's characteristics or answer simple questions. It is only concerned with selling and not understanding the customer. In the end, two girls kindly tried to assist me, but the desire to never return to this place because of this guy, spoke louder. The customer is willing to pay dearly for a product and is served that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa Loja precisa melhorar o atendimento a seus clientes e atender todos da mesma forma . Tem um funcinionário nessa loja que se acha , nao sei se é gerente ou vendedor, mas atente super mal os clientes. Quando ele sabe que o cliente quer preço baixo ele logo abandona o atendimento e deixa o cliente vagando na loja. Saber atender e ter humildade faz com que o cliente volte mais vezes na loja e se sinta bem em fazer suas compras.
This Store needs to improve service to its customers and serve everyone in the same way. There is an employee in this store who is found, I do not know if he is a manager or a salesman, but he has a very bad eye on customers. When he knows that the customer wants a low price he soon abandons the service and leaves the customer wandering in the store. Knowing how to serve and being humble makes the customer come back to the store more often and feel good about making their purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento por telefone péssimo, sempre mandam chamar no whatsapp e não enviam o valor nem a foto de nenhuma bike, imagina se precisar de peças de reposição, não recomendo esta empresa. -1 cliente.
Terrible phone service, they always call on whatsapp and they don't send the value or the photo of any bike, imagine if you need spare parts, I don't recommend this company. -1 customer.
