★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amigo é igual parafuso, você o conhece na hora do aperto. Hoje de manhã eu sai para pedalar e percebi que o pneu da frente estava murcho, precisava ser calibrado. Era +-7h30 e passei na ItaBike e vi cliente e um "funcionário" entrando na loja. Eu disse ao "funcionário" que meu menino tirou adaptador para encher o pneu me posto de gasolina e se poderia me ajudar. Não porque iria fazer um atendimento. O cliente disse que poderia encher o meu pneu, mas o "funcionário" simplesmente bateu o portão com força. Comprei uma speed, capacete, manutenção de selante de pneu e outros acessórios. Deixei de ser amigo e cliente. Uma decepção!!!
Friend is like a screw, you know him at the time of tightening. This morning I went out to cycle and realized that the front tire was flat, needed to be calibrated. It was + -7:30 am and I stopped at ItaBike and saw a customer and an "employee" entering the store. I told the "employee" that my boy took out an adapter to fill the tire at the gas station and if he could help me. Not because I was going to make an appointment. The client said he could inflate my tire, but the "employee" simply slammed the gate. I bought a speed, helmet, tire sealant maintenance and other accessories. I stopped being a friend and customer. A disappointment !!!

Sabia que eles não teria serviço que eu precisava, mas atenção para meu atendimento foi péssima diferente de outros lugares que liguei que foram atencioso e tentaram me ajudar com serviço que precisava. Ei essa prática de aluguel é mais comum que você imagina e não é só litoral.
I just called, asking for my information and the person who attended me was extremely rude. I knew they wouldn't have the service I needed, but attention to my service was awful different from other places I called that were attentive and tried to help me with the service I needed. Hey, this rental practice is more common than you think and it's not just coastal.
