★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, quebrou o adaptador do meu guidão enquanto fazia um passeio,e tive que comprar uma peça. A mesma em uma bicicletária do centro custa em média 25$ me cobraram 40, reais só na peça, e + 30 para fazer a instalação que era bem simples, me recusei a pagar o valor do serviço por ser abusivo. Pedi a chave emprestada para eu mesmo realizar a troca a recepcionista disse que não emprestaria também, zero zelo pelo cliente, zero empatia. Bando de mercenários não indico pra ninguém!!
My experience was terrible, my handlebar adapter broke while on a ride, and I had to buy a part. The same one in a bike rack in the center costs an average of 25$ they charged me 40 reais only for the piece, and + 30 to do the installation which was very simple, I refused to pay the value of the service because it was abusive. I asked to borrow the key to make the exchange myself, the receptionist said she wouldn't lend it either, zero zeal for the customer, zero empathy. Bunch of mercenaries I don't recommend it to anyone!!
