★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim, demoram para responder no whatsapp, e quando eu conseguir fazer pedido fiquei esperando e não mandaram o produto que pedi, não tem nem um pouco de respeito com cliente de avisar que não vão entregar.
Edit: entrei em contato novamente com a empresa a resposta foi rapida, entregaram o produto que pedi em menos de 2:00 horas, agradeço pelo atendimento.
Poor service, they take a long time to reply on whatsapp, and when I manage to place an order I was waiting and they didn't send the product I ordered, they don't have a bit of respect with the client to warn that they won't deliver.
Edit: I contacted the company again, the response was quick, they delivered the product I ordered in less than 2:00 hours, thank you for your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja conta com um vasto leque de equipamentos e acessórios, porém tive um desprazer muito grande na última vez que fui. Deixei minha bicicleta para fazer revisão pela manhã e fui buscar a tarde, não pude acompanhar o serviço por estar no trabalho. Depois de pedalar algumas quadras, notei que o central estava fazendo barulho sendo que havia sido trocado o rolamento central durante a revisão, paralelo a isso, o mecânico arranhou a parte debaixo do quadro, deixou os cabos de freio e de marcha todos secos, não passou a graxa, não fez a revisão como deveria ser feito, pelo contrário, fez um péssimo serviço, deixou muito a desejar, achei uma falta de respeito com o cliente! Não recomendo fazer revisão lá! Não vou generalizar, mas este mecânico em específico apenas "fingiu" que fez a revisão quando na verdade não fez nada! Gastei 50 reais de graça!!!

After pedaling a few blocks, I noticed that the central was making noise and the central bearing had been changed during the overhaul, parallel to that, the mechanic scratched the part under the frame, left the brake and running cables all dry, no grease was applied, did not do the revision as it should be done, on the contrary, did a terrible job, left a lot to be desired, I found a lack of respect with the customer! I don't recommend reviewing there! I'm not going to generalize, but this particular mechanic just "pretended" that he did the overhaul when he actually did nothing! I spent 50 reais for free !!!
