Em uma das vezes, precisávamos de pneus novos: "ah não... Mas é melhor vcs comprarem outra bicicleta p criança, não vale a pena arrumar", outra, queríamos um guidão mais alto, a sugestão da loja: " ah não... Melhor comprar outra bicicleta, essa não serve p vcs..." E por aí vai...

O pessoal que trabalha lá foi muito educado.
Deixei a bicicleta no final do dia, no dia seguinte me passaram um WhatsApp com o orçamento e toda a negociação foi feita pelo celular.
Depois foi só buscar e pagar.
A bicicleta ficou muito boa. Alta qualidade no serviço e no atendimento.
