★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou iniciante no pedal, e quando tive algumas dúvidas o vendedor foi ironico e pouco prestativo. Foi lá para equipar minha bike nova e saí só com um kit de luzes de 30,00. Depois foi em outra loja em que fui bem atendido e gastei mais de 300,00 feliz da vida. Péssimo lugar. Não recomendo.
I'm a beginner on the pedal, and when I had some questions the salesman was ironic and unhelpful. It was there to equip my new bike and I left alone with a light kit of 30.00. Then I went to another store where I was well taken care of and spent over 300.00 happy. Terrible place. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido pela vendedora Cleide. Teve paciência pra deixar que eu pensa-se a vontade. E me deu as informações necessárias. Na verdade gostaria de ter levado algo melhor em relação as duas bicicletas que levei... Mas a loja não tinha e eu quis resolver ali mesmo. E com certeza o atendimento foi um fator decisivo. Só faltou orientar mais sobre os acessórios que não vinham na bicicleta... Mas mesmo assim foi ótimo..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom. O dono da loja é um cara top master, conheço e frequento a loja tem uns 20 anos. Antes era BMX, agora para MTB. Realmente tem um vendedor meio irônico la, mas não é motivo para criticar ou deixar de ir, as pessoas nao sabem mais conviver com opiniões contrarias. PREÇO: razoável, hoje em dia as pessoas compram muito online, mas esquecem do custo do frete, se calcular e comparar o preço la não esta tao ruim, poderia ser melhor. Mas todo negócio tem seu custo de manutenção. Vlw.
Service is good. The store owner is a top master guy, I know and I frequent the store for about 20 years. Before it was BMX, now for MTB. There really is a somewhat ironic salesman there, but there is no reason to criticize or stop going, people no longer know how to live with contrary opinions. PRICE: reasonable, nowadays people buy a lot online, but forget the cost of shipping, if calculating and comparing the price there is not so bad, it could be better. But every business has its maintenance cost. Vlw.

Fui atendido pelo vendedor Felipe, o qual, mesmo sabendo que não estaria comprando nada naquele momento, foi muito atencioso e prestativo, respondendo todas as perguntas que fiz e me mostrando cada detalhe entre os capacetes.
