Terrible service, I was asking the cashier a question and she turned away and started talking to the cashier next door, total lack of respect for me, I will never come back.

Disappointed the Patis all torn wheel cracked I fell because of the defect! I went to return there was a queue I arrived on time then 3 minutes passed I was charged another 10 reais regrettable I never rent anything again there

No site fala que o funcionamento é até as 17h, desculpa pela sinceridade porém em um país com a quantidade de desempregados que temos, penso que há inúmeros talentos que atenderiam com vontade, força, sorriso na voz e se relacionando bem melhor com os clientes ao invés de só responder por um “script”. Neste caso, conversaria com o cliente, explicaria o motivo que os horários do site (até as 19h) não conversam com o presencial, ao contrário tive a resposta seca:”já acabou o aluguel, vlw”
Vi que o comportamento sem empatia já é uma rotina, observando aos demais relatos de avaliações que há por aqui. Imagino que já chegou o momento de virar essa página.
Espero ter ajudado a identificar melhorias e que vocês possam conquistar mais e mais clientes.

Last weekend we arrived at the park at 4 pm and I no longer rented skates. Terrible!!! On the website it says that it works until 5 pm, sorry for the sincerity, but in a country with the number of unemployed people we have, I think there are numerous talents who would assist with willingness, strength, smile in their voice and relate much better with customers when instead of just answering by a "script". In this case, I would talk to the client, explain why the website hours (until 7:00 pm) do not talk to the client, on the contrary, I had the dry answer: "the rent is over, vlw"
I saw that behavior without empathy is already a routine, looking at the other reports of evaluations that exist here. I imagine the time has come to turn this page.
I hope I have helped to identify improvements and that you can gain more and more customers.

Porém os bikes estão em condições péssimas. Parece que vão cair em pedaços a qualquer momento.
Estão enferrujados, com rachaduras na estrutura e cheios de barulho estranho.
Dei 3 estrelas só pelo preço
The price is good.
But the bikes are in terrible condition. Looks like they're going to fall apart at any moment.
They are rusty, with cracks in the structure and full of strange noise.
I gave 3 stars just for the price.

I DON'T THINK IT'S FAIR TO YOU, IN ADDITION TO STAYING IN A HUGE TIME...IN THE SUN... TO RETURN THE BIKE STILL HAVING TO PAY FOR THAT TIME IN A COMPLETELY UNCOMFORTABLE... BE AT THE END OF THE QUEUE AND NOT THE BEGINNING.....IF YOU STOP TO RETURN AT 3:00 PM AND IT TAKES 30 MINUTES IN THE QUEUE WOULD YOU HAVE TO PAY ONLY UNTIL 3:00 PM OR AM I WRONG?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima localização. Com serviço de locação de bicicletas bem amplo; é possível realizar piquenique, opções para crianças pequenas, quadras de futebol e basquete, equipamentos para realização de exercícios. Estacionamento amplo porém bem cheio aos finais de semana.
Great location. With a wide range of bicycle rental service; it is possible to have a picnic, options for small children, soccer and basketball courts, equipment for exercising. Ample parking but very full on weekends.
