★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 15 dias a bikelete perdeu o pino da embreagem, o pedal espanou, precisei trocar o carburador e o motor estava vazando. Deixei na assistência e eles não só deixaram de me retornaram para buscar a bike como ficaram 3 dias tem me atender no whats e pelo telefone. Só me responderam pq ameacei de chamar a polícia. A bike já estava pronta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem atendido na comprar, porém moto de baixa qualidade que não chega nem próxima da velocidade máxima do manual.
Mas o pior é o atendimento dado depois para o cliente, pois minha moto quebrou e ninguém me atende e quando consigo falar com alguém prometem que retornaram e nada.
Precisei resolver com outra loja vendedora de moto elétrica porque se depender deles ficaria com ela quebrada.

Well serviced on buy, but low quality bike that doesn't even come close to the manual's maximum speed.
But the worst thing is the service given later to the customer, because my motorcycle broke down and no one answers me and when I get to talk to someone they promise they'll come back and nothing.
I had to settle with another store selling electric motorcycles because if I depended on them I would have it broken.
BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS BUYING WITH THEM BECAUSE CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE

Entrei em contato pelo whats app na data de ontem, 09/05/2022, perguntando sobre o modelo Sonny, se a fabrica ia voltar a vender, pois desapareceu de todos sites. Resposta, que eles não tinham previsão de voltar a vender. No entanto hoje 10/05/2022. Volta venda. Resultado comprei em uma loja, pagando mil reais a mais, sendo que eles podiam ter me dado a informação correta. Só resta esperar que a bike seja boa, porque o atendimento de antemão nota 0.
Terrible service from the factory. I got in touch via whats app yesterday, 05/09/2022, asking about the Sonny model, if the factory was going to sell again, as it disappeared from all sites. Answer, that they had no plans to sell again. However today 05/10/2022. Back sale. Result I bought in a store, paying a thousand reais more, and they could have given me the correct information. It remains only to hope that the bike is good, because the service beforehand scores 0.
