★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei muito dos lanches desse restaurante, porém depois do último pedido (no qual as batatas vieram todas jogadas e espalhadas dentro do saco) e após feita uma reclamação sobre tal pelo aplicativo, me deram um desconto como forma de reparação, mas cancelam todo e qualquer novo pedido que eu tente fazer. Encaro essa atitude como uma forma infantil de retaliação, uma forma nem um pouco profissional de lidar com um problema envolvendo um potencial cliente fidelizado.
Péssimo.
I've always enjoyed the snacks at this restaurant, but after the last order (in which the potatoes were all thrown and scattered in the bag) and after I made a complaint about it through the app, they gave me a discount as a form of repair, but they cancel all and any new requests I try to make. I see this attitude as a childish form of retaliation, an unprofessional way of dealing with a problem involving a loyal potential customer.
Terrible.
