★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A tábua de carne estava suja e queimada, gastei 67,80 e sai com fome porque a carne dura e o vinagrete azedo a farofa está seca demais e gosto estranho. Péssimo pra não dizer ruim.
Providências urgente.
 The meat board was dirty and burnt, I spent 67.80 and left hungry because the hard meat and the sour vinaigrette are far too dry and taste strange. Bad not to say bad.
Urgent action.

Terrible cost-benefit. It's not cheap and the meat is hungover. Never. Oh. It was still time-consuming, even with the mall empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente não sei como essa franquia está em funcionamento com tantas reclamações aqui. Hoje estive com minha família pra almoçar nesse lugar e só tive estresse. Depois de quase 1h esperando a comida com o shopping vazio, veio uma comida horrível. Fui reclamar do refrigerante que supostamente vinha de brinde, a atendente fez pouco caso dizendo que a minha opção não tinha bebida, sendo que no caixa eu perguntei se vinha. Depois de muito estresse resolvi devolver a comida. Devem estar tão acostumados com reclamações, que devolveram o dinheiro tranquilamente, sem preocupação.
I honestly don't know how this franchise is working with so many complaints here. Today I was with my family for lunch at this place and I just had stress. After almost 1h waiting for food with the mall empty, horrible food came. I went to complain about the soda that supposedly came as a gift, the attendant didn't care saying that my option didn't have a drink, and at the cashier I asked if it was coming. After a lot of stress I decided to return the food. They must be so used to complaints that they returned the money with no worries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência, atendimento péssimo, atendente mal humorada não tirou nossas dúvidas sobre cardápio, arroz tava sem sal e a carne veio pedaço de gordura imenso, nosso pedido ainda faltou pão de alho eles tiveram a coragem de entregar pão frio, questionei e eles o porque é eles esquentaram no micro-ondas.
unfortunately I didn't have a good experience, terrible service, a bad-tempered attendant didn't answer our questions about the menu, the rice was without salt and the meat came with a huge chunk of fat, our order still lacked garlic bread they had the courage to deliver cold bread, I asked and they why they heated it up in the microwave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi 3 refeições diferentes, nenhuma delas salvou, o arroz a piamontese tem um gosto horrível, não deu nem pra comer, o molho madeira é péssimo, a batata frita toda queimada, parece que foi fritada em óleo velho, o arroz integral salgado demais.
Se vierem ao shopping Park Sul em volta redonda e quiserem uma refeição, NÃO comam no Billy the grill
I ordered 3 different meals, none of them saved, the piamontese rice tastes awful, I couldn't even eat it, the wood sauce is terrible, the fries were all burnt, it looks like they were fried in old oil, the brown rice was too salty.
If you come to the South Park mall and want a meal, DO NOT eat at Billy the grill
