★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia bem localizada, Preço bom, limpa, porém alguns aparelhos estão "duros" e ficam "dando tranco" o que dificulta a execução dos movimentos e aumento de carga, falta manutenção. Arrumando isso fica perfeito.
Well located gym, good price, clean, but some devices are "hard" and are "pushing" which makes it difficult to carry out movements and increase load, lack of maintenance. Fixing this is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fechei pacote de 1 ano Natação infantil no mês 03/2020 quando começou a Pandemia, ele foi em 2 aulas e fecharam por causa de Pandemia me falaram que quando voltasse as aulas escolar voltava a natação infantil. Aguardei entrei em contato final do ano passado pois si quer eles entro em contato comigo, perguntei quando ia voltar e me disseram que não vai volta mais que era para troca meus créditos por musculação ou hidroginastica, mais fechei aulas para uma criança que tinha 7 meses hoje está com 2 anos, mandaram eu procurar o Procon si quer me deu o direito de devolver o dinheiro, sim o Procon no começou da Pandemia deu direto a eles que não poderia devolver o dinheiro mas quando fosse liberado eles teria que da continuidade às aulas, mais bem eles não vão ter mais aula de natação infantil tiro da grande deles. Aí já é outrq história, tento falar com eles no WhatsApp uma falta de educação recepcionista sem treinamento algum. Aqui fica minha indignação e esperando o retorno e devolvem meu dinheiro para da entrada em outra academia de natação infantil para meu filho
