 Students teaching Personal classes without (CrefSP), apart from defaulting on payments to employees. They even changed the Reason for not paying employees who were fired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamentos velhos, sem manutenção, precisava fazer um exercício e os 3 aparelhos de flexão de pernas estavam quebrados, assim fica difícil. Os aparelhos são muito velhos e ultrapassados, não custa nada passar uma tinta ou fazer uma manutenção, alguns não tem a peça pra ajustar o peso, uma coisa tão simples que até uma chave de fenda resolve temporariamente.
Old equipment, no maintenance, needed to do an exercise and the 3 leg curls were broken, so it's difficult. The appliances are very old and outdated, it doesn't cost anything to paint or do maintenance, some don't have the part to adjust the weight, something so simple that even a screwdriver temporarily solves it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é climatizada. Os instrutores são péssimos, não saem do celular, nao respondem e não orientam e nem corrigem os exercícios errados! Melhor qdo era outra direção... Essa nova nem responde solicitações e reclamações... Não indico
It is not air-conditioned. The instructors are terrible, they don't leave their cell phones, they don't answer and they don't guide or correct the wrong exercises! Better when it was another direction... This new one doesn't even respond to requests and complaints...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a academia promete mas não cumpre. Fiz um plano anual onde a promessa era de acesso a todas as academias. No entanto, algo que não foi informado, há categorias de unidades separadas em vermelho, amarelo e verde. Eu só podia treinar nas unidades da faixa vermelha pois a minja inscricao foi feita em uma unidade daquela categoria. Voce só poderia treinar em todas se a sua faixa fosse a verde, ou seja, a mais abrangente e também mais cara.
Além disso, a unidade onde eu fiz a minha matrícula vivia faltando água e o vaso sanitário impossível de se usar pois sempre estava sujo.
Se pudesse avaliar sem estrelas eu faria. Não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is very nice and also is outstanding for the cost and benefit ! The gears are not too new but they are in good shape. Good location, it is located a block away from subway and bus terminals ! Wheelchair probably not accessible, that may be the only downside !
