★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo compromisso com horário. Precisei de um exame admissional simples com horário marcado e fiquei esperando 3 horas para ser atendido. Considero isso falta de respeito com os clientes.
 Bad appointment with schedule. I needed a simple admission exam by appointment and I was waiting 3 hours to be seen. I consider this lack of respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atrasaram muito. Fiquei la de 11:30 ate 13:56. A medica saiu para almoçar era 12:40 e me " esqueceu" lá (disseram que o horário dela era ate as 12h, mas se todos os atendimentos estavam atrasados, e so tinha sobrado eu la, entendo que ela deveria ter me atendido). Uma mulher, que parecia ser gestora de lá, foi la perto de onde eu estava, olhou com cara ruim e saiu, depois eu a ouvi chamado a atenção dos outros funcionários por eu ter "sobrado" la, esperando o atendimento. Entendo que ela, enquanto responsável pelo lugar, deveria ter chegado ate mim, e me falado que houve um engano, pedindo desculpas, e falando para eu aguardar, em vez disso, eu a ouvi gritando com os funcionarios. Como eu tinha uma reuniao as 13h, pedi licença para um dos colaboradores para deixar eu fazer uma call em uma sala de reuniao que vi que tinha la, e isso me ajudou. E o medico da tarde chegou era 13:30 (disseram que ele deveria ter chegado as 13h), nessa situação ja haviam 4 ou 5 pessoas aguardando serem chamadas, so nesse "cantinho" da clinica que eu estava. Sai do atendimento médico e me deparei com pelo menos umas 12 pessoas na recepção, e nem tinha lugar para todas as pessoas, muita gente estava em pé la. Quando fui entregar a folha para a recepção, a moca se assustou e disse "nossa, vc esta aqui ate agora". Bom, esse foi o meu resumo, meu horário de atendimento era 11:30 e sai da clinica as 14h.
They were too late. I was there from 11:30 to 13:56. The doctor left for lunch it was 12:40 and "forgot" me there (they said her time was until 12pm, but if all the appointments were late, and there was only me there, I understand that she should have seen me). A woman, who seemed to be a manager there, went over to where I was, looked bad and left, then I heard her called the attention of the other employees because I "left" her, waiting for the service. I understand that she, while responsible for the place, should have come to me, and told me that there was a mistake, apologizing, and telling me to wait, instead, I heard her shouting at the employees. As I had a meeting at 1 pm, I asked for permission from one of the employees to let me make a call in a meeting room that I saw that there was, and that helped me. And the doctor in the afternoon was 13:30 (they said he should have arrived at 1:00 pm), in this situation there were already 4 or 5 people waiting to be called, just in this "corner" of the clinic I was at. I left the medical service and I came across at least 12 people at the reception, and there wasn't even room for everyone, a lot of people were standing there. When I went to deliver the sheet to the reception, the girl was scared and said "wow, you are here so far". Well, that was my summary, my office hours were 11:30 am and I left the clinic at 2pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha enteada p fazer exame admissional, chegamos no horário q a empresa marcou pra ela ir e mesmo assim ficamos quase 3h esperando p atendimento. Nem parecia uma clínica de saude, o onibus q a gente foi tava mais vazio, lugar lotado (no meio de uma pandemia), sem organização, outras pessoas q chegaram depois foram passadas na frente dela...querem atender uma quantidade de gente mas n possuem espaço nem profissionais suficientes pra isso. Não recomendo!!!
I took my stepdaughter to take the admission exam, we arrived at the time the company arranged for her to go and even so we were waiting for almost 3 hours for the service. It didn't even look like a health clinic, the bus that we went to was more empty, crowded place (in the middle of a pandemic), no organization, other people who arrived later were passed in front of it...they want to meet a lot of people but they don't they don't have enough space or professionals for that. I do not recommend!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica péssima, mal organizada, os funcionários não prestam informações corretas e te deixam mofando lá. Fui fazer um exame admissional marcado para às 9:30, cheguei às 9:20 e saí de lá já eram mais de 13:30. Toda essa espera para ficar 5 minutos na sala com o médico e mais 5 minutos fazendo a audiometria. Te jogam de um lado pro outro, as recepcionistas da ala de exames são mal educadas e ríspidas. Por volta do meio dia todos os funcionários saíram pra fazer seu horário de almoço e nos deixaram lá esperando com fome e sem informações do porquê de tanta demora. Questionei a recepcionista se poderíamos sair para fazer um lanche e ela disse "sim, mas você perde o lugar na fila". Se na fila já esperamos mais de 4 horas por atendimento, imagina fora dela... Se não conseguem atender a demanda, marquem menos exames na mesma hora! Já fiz vários exames relacionados a medicina do trabalho em várias empresas diferentes e essa foi sem dúvida alguma a minha pior experiência! Isso sem comentar o médico gordofóbico. Lugar horrível!
Terrible clinic, poorly organized, employees do not provide correct information and leave you feeling bad there. I went to take an admission exam scheduled for 9:30 am, arrived at 9:20 am and left there was already more than 1:30 pm. All this waiting to spend 5 minutes in the room with the doctor and another 5 minutes doing the audiometry. They throw you from one side to the other, the receptionists in the exam wing are rude and harsh. Around noon, all the employees left for their lunch break and left us there waiting, hungry and without any information about why it took so long. I asked the receptionist if we could go out for a snack and she said "yes, but you lose your seat in line". If in the queue we already wait more than 4 hours for assistance, imagine out of it... If you can't meet the demand, schedule fewer exams at the same time! I've taken several exams related to occupational medicine in several different companies and this was without a doubt my worst experience! Not to mention the fat-phobic doctor. Horrible place!

Não recomendo nem para meus inimigos.
Fiquei duas horas aguardando para fazer uma audiometria e um exame clínico demissional.
Horrível, pior clínica que eu já entrei, TD nela é ruim, o atendimento a estrutura.
Service at reception was slow, very disorganized.
I don't even recommend it to my enemies.
I was waiting for two hours to do an audiometry and a clinical exam.
Horrible, worst clinic I've ever been in, TD in it is bad, the service structure.

Terrible, because they don't meet the schedule, the reception professionals are excellent, but the service logistics are bankrupt. Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não deveriam ter serviço de agendamento, completo descaso com horários. Se tiver o desprazer de precisar fazer alguma consulta nesse antro, reserve um dia inteiro para isso, com sorte o atendimento se dá após duas horas de espera
They shouldn't have an appointment service, complete disregard for schedules. If you have the misfortune of having to make an appointment in this den, reserve a whole day for this, with luck the service is given after two hours of waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, sem nenhuma pontualidade. Marquei um exame para 14:45 e só fui atendido por um médico quase às 17h. Considerando que exames ocupacionais em geral levam poucos minutos, não existe explicação para um serviço tão lento assim.
Alem disso o local possui mais de uma sala no mesmo andar e tem poucas instruções para pacientes que estão chegando.
Horrible service, no punctuality. I scheduled an exam for 2:45 pm and I wasn't seen by a doctor until almost 5 pm. Considering that occupational exams generally take a few minutes, there is no explanation for such a slow service.
In addition, the place has more than one room on the same floor and has few instructions for incoming patients.
