Solicitei orçamento dia 04/08 e até hoje não obtive resposta nenhuma,
de valor, se fazem ou não, nada, nada... Já até mandei fazer em outro local. Muito ruim mesmo.

I requested a quote on 08/04 and so far I haven't had any response,
of value, whether they do it or not, nothing, nothing... I've even had it done elsewhere. Really bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou tentando entrar em conato por telefone e as atendentes são um poço de grosseria e estupidez, mal me deixam terminar de falar para desligar na minha cara, e em certo momento nem me atendem mais, nas primeiras ligações perguntei se se tratava da empresa e uma delas disse que não.
I'm trying to get in touch over the phone and the attendants are a pit of rudeness and stupidity, they barely let me finish talking to hang up on my face, and at one point they don't even answer me anymore, in the first calls I asked if it was the company and a of them said no.

Minha mãe teve no local hoje por volta de 14:15h para fazer um orçamento e foi super maltratada, discriminada, saiu do local arrasada e teve até uma crise de pânico por conta disso!!!! Atenção aos responsáveis qual a qualidade do atendimento e do serviço que vocês prestam ? Uma funcionária se negou a fazer o orçamento!!! Usou palavras grosseiras, não foi ética, respeitosa, não quis atender uma cliente e eu gostaria de saber por qual motivo. Disse para ela procurar o local que ela costuma fazer, disse que não podia fazer o orçamento, falou que nem sabia se tinha os medicamentos e tbm não procurou saber as informações. Uma outra cliente que estava no momento e que é testemunha do ocorrido foi até o local de trabalho da minha mãe para saber cómo ela estava mediante a situação que ela presenciou. ficou muito arrasada por ter visto como a minha mae foi tratada. Queremos um posicionamento do responsável pela farmácia! Vou colocar em todos os meios de comunicação para que todos fiquem cientes de como os clientes são tratados e que não façam mais nenhum medicamento com esse laboratório sem ética alguma. Cadê o responsável que não está vendo como a funcionária trata os clientes ??? Aguardo um posicionamento pois o que aconteceu e um absurdo!!! E não vou parar por aqui! Conheço os nossos direitos e vou buscar por eles!
Bad experience! My mother was at the place today around 2:15 pm to get a quote and was super mistreated, discriminated against, left the place devastated and even had a panic crisis because of it!!!! Attention to those responsible, what is the quality of care and service you provide? An employee refused to make the budget!!! Used rude words, was unethical, respectful, didn't want to serve a client and I'd like to know why. I told her to look for the place she usually does it, said that she couldn't make the budget, said that she didn't even know if she had the medicines and also didn't seek to know the information. Another client who was at the time and who is a witness to what happened went to my mother's workplace to find out how she was in the situation she witnessed. was very devastated to have seen how my mother was treated. We want a position from the person responsible for the pharmacy! I will put it in all the media so that everyone is aware of how customers are treated and that they don't make any more drugs with this unethical laboratory. Where is the person in charge who is not seeing how the employee treats customers??? I'm waiting for a position because what happened is absurd!!! And I won't stop here! I know our rights and I will look for them!
