★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma encomenda por whatsapp, fui buscar no horário do meu almoço do trabalho , eu e outro cliente ficamos esperando no balcão sem qualquer funcionária para atendimento, quando fui atendida esta funcionária, solicitou que outra fosse buscar minha encomenda, demorou muito , informei que estava em horário de almoço, ela solicitou a esta outra funcionária que trouxesse a encomenda e nada, tudo isso demorou em torno de 15 minutos, sendo que estava eu e outro cliente, fui embora e não trouxe minha encomenda.
I made an order by whatsapp, I went to pick up my lunch time from work, me and another client were waiting at the counter without any employee for assistance, when I was attended to by this employee, she asked for another one to pick up my order, it took too long, I informed her that I was at lunchtime, she asked this other employee to bring the order and nothing, it all took about 15 minutes, since it was me and another client, I left and didn't bring my order.

Estou com os manipulados em mãos e todos de altíssima qualidade. Super recomendo e assim que precisar demais manipulados irei manipular com eles certeza.
First purchase made there. I live in a nearby city 100 kilometers away. I did the entire ordering process via App and cell phone. I have them handled and all of the highest quality. I highly recommend it and as soon as I need too much manipulation I will handle them for sure.

Bem no começo, lá atrás,eu era totalmente satisfeita porque era atendida pela Emanuelle, uma pessoa extremamente competente, simpática e solícita,. Com o tempo, fiquei sabendo que ela não retirava mais nossos pedidos porque desempenhava outro cargo, então fiquei a ver navios na Bioflora, exceto uma vez que fui atendida por uma mocinha muito simpática, acho que era Claudiane o nome dela. Mas já fui muito mal atendida nesta farmácia por várias meninas, só que continuei comprando porque como disse acima, quem retirava meus pedidos era a Emanuelle e nela eu confio de olhos fechados, até que sábado, por uma infelicidade, precisei ligar na Bioflora e fazer um pedido, que nem sequer foi feito pela atendente (que fingiu retirá-lo, mas não o fez), já que fiquei esperando meu pedido chegar ontem. Esperei até às 19h e 15min. e nada, o que já me causou uma sensação de ter sido passada pra trás, já que quando tem atrasos ou imprevistos, o Fabiano (entregador, que também é um excelente profissional), sempre me avisa e não foi isso que aconteceu. Enfim... Quero registrar minha indignação com o péssimo atendimento das meninas da Bioflora e o descaso com os clientes. Exceto a Claudiane, funcionária que nos atendeu muitíssimo bem e a Emanuelle .
Vocês perderam três clientes de uma vez: meu namorado, eu e minha mãe e tenho certeza que não faremos falta pra vocês, já que parece que vocês estão nos fazendo um favor. Aos envolvidos na péssima gestão da farmácia e as meninas que fazem parte do péssimo atendimento: MELHOREM, assim vocês perderão menos clientes.
Acabei de ligar na farmácia Galileus e o atendimento é impecável, vocês deveriam aprender com eles.
Para quem procura um bom atendimento, preços justos e profissionais qualificados, NÃO RECOMENDO A BIOFLORA.

Over time, I learned that she no longer took our orders because she held another position, so I was seeing ships in Bioflora, except once I was attended to by a very nice girl, I think it was Claudiane her name. But I was already very poorly attended in this pharmacy by several girls, but I continued to buy because as I said above, who took my orders was Emanuelle and I trust her with my eyes closed, until Saturday, due to unhappiness, I had to call Bioflora and ask a request, which was not even made by the attendant (who pretended to withdraw it, but didn't), since I was waiting for my order to arrive yesterday. I waited until 19h and 15min. and nothing, which has already caused me a feeling of being passed over, since when there are delays or unforeseen circumstances, Fabiano (delivery man, who is also an excellent professional), always warns me and that is not what happened. Anyway ... I want to register my indignation with the poor service of the Bioflora girls and the neglect with customers. Except Claudiane, an employee who served us extremely well and Emanuelle.
You lost three clients at once: my boyfriend, me and my mom and I'm sure we won't miss you, since it looks like you're doing us a favor. To those involved in the poor management of the pharmacy and the girls who are part of the poor service: BETTER, so you will lose less customers.
I just called Galileus pharmacy and the service is impeccable, you should learn from them.
For those looking for good service, fair prices and qualified professionals, I DO NOT RECOMMEND BIOFLORA.
