I have been doing pilates there for many years. Competent and attentive teachers. Personalized service, even in a group class. Take the pain away with specific exercises for each case. Super recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Studio de pilates com ótima estrutura e fácil localização, também oferecem aulas online, mas o espaço é muito seguro para aulas presenciais - as sessões eliminaram minhas dores nas costas agravadas pelo home office durante a pandemia.
Os instrutores são preparados e muito preocupados com a saúde dos alunos, a equipe toda é excelente.
Pilates studio with great structure and easy location, also offer online classes, but the space is very safe for face-to-face classes - the sessions eliminated my back pain aggravated by the home office during the pandemic.
The instructors are prepared and very concerned with the students' health, the whole team is excellent.

Os demais funcionários, também, demonstram Alto Comprometimento e Simpatia no Atendimento. Ambiente Limpo e Bem Organizado. Equipamentos novos e bem cuidados. Ar condicionado bem controlado. Bem Frequentado e clima amistoso. Toda a família pratica e estamos muito satisfeitos com os resultados atingidos. Exercícios direcionados às necessidades individuais. Excelente relação custo/benefício. Recomendo muito.
Great. Well located, close to Paraíso subway station. Very attentive teachers, with a high level of qualification. The other employees also show High Commitment and Friendliness in Service. Clean and Well Organized Environment. New and well-maintained equipment. Air conditioning well controlled. Frequented and friendly atmosphere. The whole family practices and we are very satisfied with the results achieved. Exercises geared to individual needs. Excellent cost / benefit ratio. I highly recommend it.

I made a great choice, nice place, excellent professionals and the service is top 10! Grade 10 for Gabriela the best pilates instructor, grade 10 for Silvia Helena, who indicated the location and grade 10 for Murilo too! They are all attentive, careful and polite. I feel more willing, I have more energy and my pains practically zeroed after post-service at BioIntegra. Prime location and easy access. Super recommend!

O tratamento é super personalizado e não tem aquele blablabla de academia, são inclusivos e respeitam muito o corpo de cada aluno.
A equipe foi fundamental no meu processo de preparação e recuperação de artroplastia e fazem realmente muita diferença na minha qualidade de vida.
Recomendo demais!!
The studio is great, the teachers are careful and attentive. It respects the distance protocols a lot.
The treatment is super personalized and does not have that gym blablabla, they are inclusive and highly respect the body of each student.
The team was instrumental in my arthroplasty preparation and recovery process and they really make a big difference in my quality of life.
Highly recommend !!

Descobri a osteopatia no Biointegra e tem sido uma grande aliada no tratamento da DTM (disfunção temp. mandibular), sem falar, do alívio das dores pelo método Pilates.

Excellent studio and professionals! Qualified and attentive teachers. Pleasant atmosphere and easy location, next to the Paraíso subway. I discovered osteopathy at Biointegra and has been a great ally in the treatment of TMD (mandibular temp. Dysfunction), not to mention, pain relief by the Pilates method.
