Minha filha foi fazer um teste respiratório e foi pressionada pelo atendente a fazer um esforço que ela não podia por ter asma. Foi verbalmente agredida, pressionada e coagida pelo funcionário. Não voltaremos mais a nenhuma unidade da biolabor. Essa atitude é inaceitável.
Poor service. I do not recommend to anyone to take in that lab. My daughter went for a breathing test and was pressured by the attendant to make an effort that she could not because she had asthma. It was verbally assaulted, pressured and coerced by the official. We will never return to any biolabor unit. This attitude is unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo nunca estão preparados pra agendar com urgência. A moça que respondeu no WhatsApp super ríspida. Liguei no IDs depois a moça me deu a maior atenção entendeu meu caso e já marcou pro dia o exame, deve ser por isso que eles nunca vão chegar aos pés do IDs.
Badly are never prepared to schedule urgently. The girl who answered on WhatsApp was super harsh. I called the IDs after the lady gave me the most attention, she understood my case and already scheduled the exam for the day, that must be why they will never reach the IDs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelo visto é bem comum essa bagunça no horário da Biolabor. Ajustem essa agenda. Exame agendado, compareci com antecedência, e um exame que demora 5min. Pra ser feito com resultado em 15 min. Eu tive de aguardar quase 2h!!! Tenham respeito pelo horário do cliente e retirem essa cultura ridícula de atrasos.
Apparently this mess in Biolabor's hours is quite common. Adjust that schedule. Scheduled exam, I attended in advance, and an exam that takes 5 minutes. To be done with results in 15 min. I had to wait almost 2h!!! Be respectful of the customer's hours and remove this ridiculous culture of delays.
