A loja é bem aconchegante e bonita, certeza que irei voltar pra comprar de novo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é bonita e muito bem organizada. Os funcionários são gentis e prestativos, tiraram minhas dúvidas sobre alguns produtos e me ajudaram a encontrar o que eu precisava. A loja tem uma boa variedade de produtos e marcas, o que é interessante. A única coisa que não é tão boa é que achei que alguns preços de produtod estavam um pouquinho acima do mercado. Já os produtos oferecidos a granel têm um preço melhor.
The store is beautiful and very well organized. The staff are kind and helpful, answered my questions about some products and helped me find what I needed. The store has a good range of products and brands, which is interesting. The only thing that is not so good is that I found that some product prices were slightly above the market. Products offered in bulk have a better price.

Solicitei farinha de arroz integral a vendedora disse q só tinha à granel, como solicitei integral deduzi que ela teria a farinha de arroz integral à granel. A poucos minutos que sai da loja verifiquei que não era integral, retornei informando o ocorrido a funcionária que ligou p a gerente q informou q teria q trocar por outro produto à granel da loja e não simplesmente fazer o estorno. ( Um absurdo)
Bad management of the Bahia mall store. I just left the store. I asked for brown rice flour, the seller said she only had it in bulk, as I asked for brown rice, I deduced that she would have brown rice flour in bulk. A few minutes after leaving the store, I verified that it was not integral, I returned informing the employee who called the manager who informed that she would have to exchange it for another product in bulk from the store and not simply make the chargeback. (an absurdity)
