★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aconselho ninguém à confiar suas máquinas à esta empresa.Levei meu computador para trocar a placa mãe que havia queimado,fui informado por um técnico que minha placa de vídeo(uma gtx 970 g1 gaming) tbm havia queimado.A partir disso,o mesmo me ofereceu de forma pessoal(por fora da empresa),uma placa igual por mil reais,ou então um reparo na minha por cerca de 200 reais.Recusei no momento pois sabia que algo estava errado.Chegando em casa,ligo o computador e me deparo com minha placa de vídeo trabalhando melhor do que nunca,sem nem um sinal de defeito.Sem falar que o próprio técnico havia me dado a certeza de ter instalado os drivers corretos da placa,e quando eu chego em casa me deparo com o computador sem os drivers da gtx 970.
I did not advise anyone to entrust their machines to this company. I took my computer to change the motherboard that had burned, I was informed by a technician that my video card (a gtx 970 g1 gaming) had burned. From this, the same offered me a personal card (for outside the company), a plate for a thousand reais, or a repair on mine for about 200 reais. I said at the time because I knew something was wrong. Arriving at home, I turn on the computer and I I come across my video card working better than ever before, without even a sign of defect. Not to mention that the technician himself had given me the certainty of having installed the correct drivers of the card, and when I get home I come across the computer without the gtx 970 drivers.
