Atendentes mal educados para atender os motoristas e a gente não pode perguntar nada
Em relação ao carregamento de etanol nota ZERO
são muito ruim de serviço

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deveriam contratar uma telefonista, passamos toda uma mannhã tentando agendar horario para atenendimento presencial, sem sucesso. Numa era de tecnoclogia como a nossa é inacreditavel uma empresa desse porte sem opções de acesso para contatar a Empresa!!!
Should hire a telephone operator, we spent a whole morning trying to schedule time for face-to-face, unsuccessful. In an age of technology as ours is unbelievable a company of this size without access options to contact the Company !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito complicado as regras de marcar as ordens processo muito lento ai quando vc consegue acertar o erro eles colocam a gente para o final da fila aí os macha lenta dos operadores do carregamento não dão conta de 6 caminhão e vc fica para o dia seguinte lamentável um pouco mais de agilidade não mata ninguém
Very complicated the rules of marking the orders very slow process there when you manage to correct the error they put us to the end of the queue then the slow ax of the loading operators cannot handle 6 trucks and you stay for the next day unfortunate one little more agility doesn't kill anyone

Tem q colocar pessoas mais jovens. Q tem mais agilidade.
