Wonderful place, I'm praising here and I praised there personally. They are friendly, the food is great, the ambient sound is perfect and despite the place being full, the food came VERY FAST. Congratulations!!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma boa opção de hamburgueria em Nova Friburgo. O local é agradável com um bom atendimento. O pedido ficou pronto bem rápido (menos de 10 minutos).
Tantos os hambúrgueres quanto a batata frita estavam muito bons, porém meu comentário vai para o Barbecue que foi utilizado. Não creio que seja caseiro, mas me parece o Hemmer. Embora seja um bom Barbecue, nem se compara ao Heinz. Como vocês utilizam Ketchup Heinz, deveriam fazer o mesmo com o Barbecue (sugestão).
Não vendem bebidas alcoólicas (sugestão também para que incluam no cardápio cervejas e/ou Chopp artesanal da cidade).
Não aceitam Ticket Restaurante.
A good burger option in Nova Friburgo. The place is nice with good service. The order was ready very quickly (less than 10 minutes).
Both the hamburgers and the fries were very good, but my comment goes to the Barbecue that was used. I don't think it's homemade, but it looks like Hemmer to me. Although it's a good Barbecue, it doesn't even compare to Heinz. As you use Heinz Ketchup, you should do the same with Barbecue (suggestion).
They do not sell alcoholic beverages (suggestion also to include beers and/or craft beer in the city on the menu).
They do not accept Ticket Restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é bem bacana, possui um estilo diferente das maiorias das lanchonetes e hamburguerias da cidade. Bem agradável, possui álcool em gel nas mesas, bem espaçoso. Questão ao hambúrguer é muito bem apresentado, bacon caramelizado estava uma delícia, batata com bastante cheddar. No dia que eu fui o local estava quase cheio e o atendimento foi rápido e a entrega também. Além disso possui cardápio QR CODE e pagamento da maquina de cartão por aproximação, que faz um grande diferencial em época de pandemia. Estão de parabéns!!
Porém pecou apenas na simpatia do atendimento, mas não é nada que desanima de ir ao local.
The place is very nice, has a different style from the majority of snack bars and hamburgers in the city. Very nice, has alcohol gel on the tables, very spacious. The burger is very well presented, caramelized bacon was delicious, potatoes with lots of cheddar. The day I went, the place was almost full and the service was fast and the delivery too. In addition, it has a QR CODE menu and payment from the card machine by approximation, which makes a big difference in times of pandemic. They are to be congratulated!!
However, it only sinned in the friendliness of the service, but there is nothing that discourages going to the place.
