Não tem uma flexibilidade com o cliente, a atendente não sabe falar com a gente! Eu acho que tudo é a forma de falar e ela não sabe falar nem tratar ninguém! Não sabem o que é gentileza, presteza com cliente! Misericórdia!!!
I neutered my kitten there, and apparently the vet did a great procedure! But folks, your service is terrible! There is no flexibility with the customer, the attendant does not know how to talk to us! I think everything is the way to speak and she doesn't know how to talk or treat anyone! They don't know what kindness, promptness with a customer is! Mercy!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa noite, minha gatinha foi castrada hoje la, a atendente super mal educada sem um pingo de compaixão pelos bichinhos, o que ao meu ver a gente cria eles como se fossem nossos filhos, pra alguém trabalhar nesse ramo deve amar o que faz não ser mal educada e desatenciosa. Eu desejo do meu coração que essa senhora volte pra escola e aprenda a ter educação e atender os clientes bem, até pq a gente ta pagando é pra ser bem atendido e nossos filhotes ser bem tratados. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Só pela grosseria da mulher.

I wish from my heart that this lady goes back to school and learns to have an education and serve customers well, even because we are paying her to be well attended and our puppies to be treated well. I don't recommend it at all. Just for the woman's rudeness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento e atenção das veterinárias com os bichinhos é sensacional. O espaço é amplo mas precisa de algumas adequações para dar mais conforto aos clinetes. Fui no periodo da tarde, lá estava muito quente, o ambiente tinha cheiro de mofo. O atendimento da mulher que fica no petshop também não é dos melhores.
O local tem uma boa variedade de produtos e serviços. Tem roupas, brinquedos, raçoes, medicamentos, coleiras e muito mais. Tem também um veículo para o transporte de animais.
Tem ração para bichinhos que estão com problemas urinários, mas esse tipo de ração é bem caro.
