★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido e simplesmente não entregaram, depois de horas eu liguei pra dizer que nem precisava mandar mais e falaram que tudo bem sem nem perguntarem qual foi o pedido e para onde era. Muito pouco caso, nem desculpas pediram e nem sabem o que é pra ser cancelado se nem perguntaram pra onde era.
 I placed an order and they just didn't deliver, after hours I called to say that I didn't even need to send anymore and they said it was ok without even asking what the order was and where it was. Very little case, they didn't ask for excuses and they don't even know what is to be canceled if they didn't even ask where it was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma bagunça. Não sabem atender os clientes. Tem um que atende, que acho que é quem manda, super ignorante. Pedi várias vezes peixe simples. Cada dia cobram um preço e mandam uma quantidade diferente. O serviço do Rio de janeiro é sofrível. Isso não acontece em outras cidades.
A mess. They don't know how to serve customers. There's one who answers, who I think is the boss, super ignorant. I ordered simple fish several times. Each day they charge a price and send a different amount. The service in Rio de Janeiro is poor. This doesn't happen in other cities.
