O chefe se propôs a fazer uma opção vegana deliciosa: risoto de legumes com cogumelos, e um tempero exemplar com páprica doce e toque de gengibre. Não há cardápio, as opções mudam de acordo com disponibilidade de ingredientes, o que é maravilhoso pois abre espaço para a criatividade e experimentações. Foi uma noite perfeita!
Intimate space, with a delicate decoration and candlelight. The chef proposed to make a delicious vegan option: vegetable risotto with mushrooms, and an exemplary seasoning with sweet paprika and a touch of ginger. There is no menu, the options change according to availability of ingredients, which is wonderful as it makes room for creativity and experimentation. It was a perfect night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para quem não conhece mt bem, não fica ao centro da cidade, porém em 15 min de carro do centro, se chega ao local. Fomos mt bem recepcionados pela Ana e pelo chef Thiago. Não é apenas um Bistrô, oferece uma experiência única e intimista. Não possuindo um cardápio fixo, de acordo com os insumos disponíveis, o chef monta seu prato de acordo c suas preferências, ambiente extremamente agradável, possui horta própria e os drinks preparados pela Ana, tbm são incríveis, insumos de qualidade, preparados com carinho e sabor bem equilibrado. Esperamos voltar em breve.
For those who don't know Mt well, it's not in the city center, but in 15 minutes by car from the center, you can reach the place. We were very well received by Ana and by chef Thiago. It is not just a Bistro, it offers a unique and intimate experience. Not having a fixed menu, according to the available inputs, the chef assembles his dish according to your preferences, extremely pleasant environment, has his own garden and the drinks prepared by Ana are also amazing, quality inputs, prepared with care and well balanced flavor. We hope to be back soon.

E por falar em “casa”, que casa! Que delícia! Que decoração aconchegante! Profusão de plantas com luz no tom certo.
Um ambiente não somente pra você comer, mas para querer estar e voltar.
E por falar em comer… Ô delícia de comida! Feita especialmente com o que você gosta, tirando tudo que você porventura não goste.
Como é meu aniversário, pedimos uma lagosta com legumes assados. É de se comer ajoelhada pedindo perdão pela gula.
O atendimento é personalizado e o preço muito justo.
Como marido e eu fomos os últimos a sair, ainda rolou uma conversa agradabilíssima com eles que provavelmente vai se tornar amizade.

I believe there is no more delicious place in Guarapari than this one!!!! Tiago Ambrosio and Ana make us feel at home.
And speaking of “home”, what a home! Delicious! What a cozy decoration! Profusion of plants with the right shade of light.
An environment not only for you to eat, but for wanting to be there and come back.
And speaking of eating… Ô delicious food! Made especially with what you like, taking out everything you might not like.
As it's my birthday, we ordered a lobster with roasted vegetables. It is to eat on your knees asking forgiveness for gluttony.
The service is personalized and the price is very fair.
As a husband and I were the last to leave, there was still a very pleasant conversation with them that will probably become friendship.
