★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO - Gerente grossa (CAROL); mais de 50min para o pedido sair (ou não sair) Confundem comanda e ainda jogam a culpa no cliente. Só estou dando uma estrela porque o Google não deixa dar menos que isso. PÉSSIMO ATENTIMENTO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é até bonito, mas o serviço, precisam melhora muito se quiserem serem profissionais. Primeiro você entra em uma fila para pagamento, cujo o tempo médio de espera é de 25-30 min. Depois, você aguarda um açaí por 1 hora (isso mesmo, 1 hora), e quando vem, vem derretido. Frango à passarinho, é pescoço de galinha com carcaça.
Enfim, fica aqui a dica para que você que esteja lendo isso, não perca seu tempo e passe toda a vergonha que passei em levar amigos lá. Precisam e muito melhorarem para serem minimamente profissionais.
The place is pretty, but the service needs a lot of improvement if you want to be professional. First you enter a queue for payment, whose average waiting time is 25-30 min. Then, you wait for an açaí for 1 hour (that's right, 1 hour), and when it comes, it melts. Chicken with bird, is chicken neck with carcass.
Anyway, here's a tip for you who are reading this, don't waste your time and spend all the shame I spent taking friends there. They need and improve a lot to be minimally professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO - Dona (CAROL) da franquia é extremamente grossa e incompetente. Não deve ter cursado um cursinho de atendimento ao cliente e acha que consegue gerenciar um estabelecimento com qualidade e mediar conflitos (que eles mesmos geram).
Mais de 50min para o pedido sair, confundem comanda e ainda jogam a culpa no cliente pela demora deles.
Só estou dando uma estrela porque o Google não deixa dar menos que isso.

TERRIBLE - Owner (CAROL) of the franchise is extremely rude and incompetent. He must not have taken a customer service course and think he can manage an establishment with quality and mediate conflicts (which they themselves generate).
More than 50min for the order to come out, they confuse commands and still blame the customer for their delay.
I'm only giving it one star because Google won't let you give less than that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dificilmente vou em algum açaí diferente do que já estou acostumado, no entanto, valeu cada centavo sair do habitual e provar o açaí deles.
Um dos melhores açaí, sem dúvidas, da região. Vale muito a pena e recomendo a todos.
Pretendo voltar outras vezes para explorar o restante do cardápio.

I hardly ever go for any açaí that's different from what I'm used to, however, it was worth every penny to get out of the habit and taste their açaí.
One of the best açaí, without a doubt, in the region. It's really worth it and I recommend it to everyone.
I plan to come back other times to explore the rest of the menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha família com 8 pessoas para comer um lanche no domingo dia 10/04/22. Fomos extremamente maltratados por uma mulher que atendia por "Carol". Uma mulher desagradável, impaciente, sem o menor tato com o cliente e ainda se recusando a respeitar nossos direitos de estorno, mesmo sem receber a mercadoria.
Não levem suas famílias, DEMORA DEMAIS, não têm consideração com os consumidores e eu com minha esposa grávida tive uma imensa decepção ao esperar mais de 50 minutos por um açaí e um pastel que não chegaram; pelos quais eu tive que pagar adiantado e portanto, trazer para casa a contragosto para não doar meu dinheiro para essa pocilga e para a suposta dona, essa tal de Carol.
Manchou o nome de toda a franquia pra mim! Não voltamos mais.
I took my family with 8 people for a snack on Sunday 04/10/22. We were extremely mistreated by a woman who went by "Carol". A nasty, impatient woman, without the slightest tact with the customer and still refusing to respect our chargeback rights, even without receiving the goods.
Don't take your families, IT TAKES TOO LONG, they don't have consideration for consumers and my pregnant wife and I had a huge disappointment when I waited more than 50 minutes for an açaí and a pastel that didn't arrive; for which I had to pay in advance and therefore bring it home against my will so as not to donate my money to this sty and to the supposed owner, this Carol.
Smeared the name of the entire franchise for me! We don't come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles oferecem um menu bem extenso, desde petiscos, bebidas e açaí. Eu provei o açaí, estava excelente. São 5 opções de frutas, um pouco mais caro, porém eles também oferecem outros adicionais que podem ser colocados sem taxa extra. Muita variedade nas opções para o açaí, maravilhoso.
They offer a very extensive menu, from snacks, drinks and açaí. I tried the açaí, it was excellent. There are 5 fruit options, a little more expensive, but they also offer other extras that can be added without extra fee. Lots of variety in the options for açaí, wonderful.
