Bife ancho com purê de mandioquinha:
O ponto da carne estava um bem passado (acredito que por que pedimos para entrega) mas não comprometeu o gosto do prato que estava com um chumi churri muito bem feito. A consistência do purê era leve e bem temperado.
Sobremesa: Fundue de chocolate: uma pena que não estava frio no dia. A experiência vale muito a pena.

Ancho steak with manioc puree:
The point of the meat was well done (I believe that's why we asked for delivery) but it didn't compromise the taste of the dish, which was with a very well done chumi churri. The consistency of the puree was light and well seasoned.
Dessert: Chocolate fondue: a pity it wasn't cold in the day. The experience is very worthwhile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almocei no bistrô e foi realmente incrível. Pedimos salada com frango grelhado de entrada. Salada fresca e saborosa. E truta com riso e truta tupiniquim para o principal. Tudo muito saboroso e bem servido.
I had lunch at the bistro and it was really amazing. We ordered a salad with grilled chicken as a starter. Fresh and tasty salad. And trout with laughter and tupiniquim trout for the main one. All very tasty and well served.
