No dia 17 de maio, fiz contato com Erika, funcionária da confecção pelo WhatsApp da empresa, a respeito de um casaco para minha filha. A atendente, além de outras informações, afirmou que estariam representantes da loja na instituição, todas as terças e sextas-feiras para atender os clientes, até meio-dia. Pedi para reservar o casaco que na sexta-feira o pegaria na parte da manhã. Ela me pediu para confirmar no dia seguinte e assim o fiz.
Compareci na sexta-feira e para minha surpresa a escola informou que não tinha sequer um representante desta empresa e não deixaram a encomenda. Eu faltei ao trabalho na parte da manhã para resolver tal questão. Imediatamente mandei mensagem e a resposta que tive foi a de que a escola tinha mudado os dias desses representantes e que não poderia fazer nada. Ou seja, não entraram em contanto no dia anterior, quinta-feira, para ao menos se desculparem e adiar para outro dia. Além disso, colocaram a culpa na Instituição, que, passando o caso para um dos gestores da escola, a informação não é verídica e eles iriam tomar providências.
Deixo aqui meu relato para que outras pessoas não passem pela mesma situação, o que, já conversando com outros responsáveis, sofreram do mesmo respeito.

On the 17th of May, I contacted Erika, a clothing worker via WhatsApp at the company, about a coat for my daughter. The attendant, in addition to other information, said that representatives of the store would be at the institution, every Tuesday and Friday to serve customers, until noon. I asked to reserve the coat that on Friday I would pick it up in the morning. She asked me to confirm the next day and I did.
I attended on Friday and to my surprise the school informed that they did not even have a representative from this company and they did not leave the order. I missed work in the morning to resolve this issue. I immediately sent a message and the answer I got was that the school had changed the days of these representatives and that there was nothing they could do. That is, they did not contact the day before, Thursday, to at least apologize and postpone it to another day. In addition, they blamed the institution, which, passing the case on to one of the school's managers, the information is not true and they would take action.
I leave my report here so that other people do not go through the same situation, which, already talking to other people in charge, suffered from the same respect.
