★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Atendente mal humorada, falta de informações. Não me respondem no whatsapp, aí fui na loja e me mandaram voltar outra hora. Horrível horrível mil vezes horrível! Deveriam fechar se não querem trabalhar. Pois nem demanda tem... Parece ser preguiça mesmo.

O único problema é o atendimento no WhatsApp, que é bem difícil a comunicação. É um ponto a melhorar muito.

Fiz imã de lembrança não entregaram no prazo pq não viram o pagamento que fiz e mandei o comprovante, na data de buscar eu liguei para verificar e para surpresa nada estava feito ! Fizeram depois de qualquer forma e a imagem ruim.
Como ja tinha pedido um balão revelação paguei e programei a data e hr para retirar, quando cheguei na loja não tinham feito o balão !
Fizeram um favor de entregar pq era na mesma rua da loja 2 hrs depois do combinado. Na hr que começou a festa o balão estourou sozinho !
Mandei no whats e pela minha indignação a resposta veio depois de 5 hrs falando que pode acontecer por isso não dá garantia !
Falta de respeito, despreparo e muito bagunça.
Não indico de forma alguma !
The service starts bad on whats app, they barely respond and that's when you don't have to ask again!
I made a souvenir magnet they didn't deliver on time because they didn't see the payment I made and I sent the proof, on the date of pick up I called to check and to my surprise nothing was done! They did after anyway and the bad image.
As I had already asked for a revelation balloon, I paid and programmed the date and time to withdraw it, when I arrived at the store they hadn't made the balloon!
They did me a favor to deliver because it was on the same street as the store 2 hrs after the deal. At the time the party started, the balloon burst by itself!
I sent it on whats and for my indignation the answer came after 5 hrs saying that it can happen so there is no guarantee!
Lack of respect, lack of preparation and a lot of mess.
I do not recommend at all!
