★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda tudo ótimo...já faz 2 anos que fico pedindo ajustes e mais ajustes e cada vez que o "técnico" vem aqui é um remendo atrás de outros, sempre riscam minha moldura e já chegaram a amassar, as janelas e portas já estão todas remendadas. Má vedação, mal acabamento, minha casa está com goteiras, todas as vezes que chove fico desesperada. NÃO RECOMENDO DE JEITO NENHUM!!!
At the time of sale, everything is great...I've been asking for adjustments and more adjustments for 2 years now and every time the "technician" comes here it's one patch after another, they always scratch my frame and they've even dented, the windows and doors are all patched already. Bad sealing, poor finishing, my house is leaking, every time it rains I get desperate. I DON'T RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

O atendimento via whatsapp também foi muito bom.
Único item a ser melhorado (não que foi ruim) em minha opinião foi quanto ao atendimento na recepção/venda, apenas poderia um pouco mais atencioso..
I requested installation of aluminum grilles. The technicians who came to measure and perform the service were great and polite. Delivery of products within the specified time.
The service via whatsapp was also very good.
Only item to be improved (not that it was bad) in my opinion was the service at reception/sales, it could only be a little more attentive..
