★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para ninguém BK Consultoria. Funcionários despreparados, desavisados, desencontro de informações, falta de gestão, postura inadequada.
VOCÊ que trabalha terceirizado pela BK, olhem mensalmente seus holerites e vejam se realmente estão descontando os valores corretamente. Pois, se vc não olha, eles cobram errado VR, VT, AM e fica por isso mesmo. Falta mais transparência nas informações passadas aos funcionários, tais como, continuidade do plano de saúde após demissão. Fiquei sabendo pelo convênio que eu teria direito em escolher ou não em continuar em particular com o plano de saúde. Entrei em contato com depto responsável da BK e o prazo já havia encerrado. Pq não repassam essa IMPORTANTE informação ao contratado?
PONTOS IMPORTANTES A ACOMPANHAR:
* Todo tipo de desconto ref. Sindicato (Na hora da contratação, não perguntam se você autoriza o desconto mensalmente) e depois vem a surpresa.
* Não informam ao funcionário nem emitem comunicado sobre a carta de oposição ref. tbm a taxa do sindicato. ABUSO
BK Consultoria não está preparada para trabalhar com certos perfis. Infelizmente, as pessoas com menos instrução educacional e cultural não tem tanto conhecimento para ficar acompanhando seu holerite, etc para ver se está tudo certo.
Would not recommend to anyone for BK Consulting. Unprepared, unsuspecting employees, lack of information, lack of management, inadequate posture.
YOU who work outsourced by BK, look monthly at your pay stubs and see if they are actually cashing the numbers correctly. Well, if you do not look, they charge you wrong VR, VT, AM and stay for it. There is a lack of transparency in the information given to employees, such as continuity of the health plan after resignation. I learned from the agreement that I would be entitled to choose whether or not to continue in particular with the health plan. I got in touch with BK's responsible department and the deadline had already closed. Why not pass this IMPORTANT information to the contractor?
IMPORTANT POINTS TO BE FOLLOWED:
* All types of discount ref. Union (At the time of hiring, do not ask if you authorize the discount monthly) and then comes the surprise.
* Do not inform the official nor issue a statement on opposition letter ref. tbm the union rate. ABUSE
BK Consultoria is not prepared to work with certain profiles. Unfortunately, people with less educational and cultural education do not have as much knowledge to keep track of their ppl, etc. to see if everything is right.

Primeiramente, tenho que agradecer pela oportunidade de voltar para minha área, depois de tanto tempo tentando entrar novamente ao setor do meu primeiro emprego, a BK me deu um voto de confiança e já vou para 4 anos contratada. Empresa sempre pontual aos pagamentos, supervisores do controle migratório profissionais, claro que cada um tem seu jeito de trabalhar, mas no meu ponto de vista são prestativos quanto as tarefas ordenadas, quando preciso do RH sempre estão aptos, receptivos a me atender da melhor maneira possível, atendimento humanizado, enfim, vejo muitos pontos positivos, com toda a certeza, a melhor empresa que já trabalhei em toda minha trajetória profissional.
