★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um local grande que da pra se divertir muito com amigos e parentes. Mas tem seus poréns. Pra começar, valores bem altos(a água por exemplo é 5 reais, sendo que na padaria ao lado vendiam uma garrafa de águapor 2 reais); eu pedi duas batata com bacon, catupiry e chedar(35 reais) e além de vir uma quantidade pequena e o chedar é aquele de supermercado bem artificial( além de vir numa quantidade pouquíssimas de ambos os condimentos) e o bacon vem em grandes pedaços para "disfarçar" a pouquissima quantidade (pelo pouco que contei, tinha uns 9 pedaços de bacon). O que mais me impressionou de fato é a prática abusiva de cobrar multa dos clientes em caso de perca de comanda conforme o artigo 39, inciso 5 do cdc no qual o cliente não é responsável pelo controle do estabelecimento(ou seja, quem deve manter o controle da comanda é o estabelecimento e não cliente). Pra piorar a multa, especificada na própria comanda do estabelecimento é no valor de nada mais, nada menos que 900,00 REAIS. Chegando a quase o valor do salário minimo. Enfim, resumindo tudo, é um local que com uma quantidade certa de pessoas vale a pena se divertir no karaoke e os funcionários são bem educados, mas com práticas abusivas e alto valor de produtos. Eu não pretendo voltar tão cedo. Desde já, recomendo que procurem um local mais viável ou que não consumam nada no local se não quiser pagar salgado nos produtos.
 It is a great place that you can have a lot of fun with friends and relatives. But it has its drawbacks. Anyway, summing it all up, it's a place that with the right amount of people is worth having fun at karaoke and the employees are well educated, but with abusive practices and high value of products. I don't plan on going back anytime soon. From now on, I recommend that you look for a more viable place or that you don't consume anything there if you don't want to pay salty in the products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa realizou a confraternização de final de ano, o espaço ficou reservado só para nós e foi mto legal. Lanches gostosos e o pessoal gostou mto do ambiente. Foi bem agradável.
The company held the end-of-the-year get-together, the space was reserved just for us and it was really cool. Tasty snacks and the staff really liked the environment. It was very nice.
