 Terribly high prices, it looks almost like a robbery! R $ 500 reais for installing a single modem, what comes in that modem? Gold? Diamond? Not to mention the price of R $ 80.00 for a measly 3MBPS, a mediocre band and totally incompatible with the price!

â â â â â Internet num geral atĂ© ok, mas as falhas constantes e funcionĂĄrios que subestimam a inteligĂȘncia do cliente com respostas inconclusivas e infundamentadas fazem com que nĂŁo valha nem um pouco a pena. PĂ©ssimo serviço e atendimento ainda pior.
Internet in general up to ok, but constant flaws and employees who underestimate customer intelligence with inconclusive and unsubstantiated answers make it not worth it at all. Terrible service and even worse service.

Too bad, because I have a forty-megabyte internet plan, but the internet is steadily falling and the support is inefficient, it's a poor quality internet provider, charging a lot for what it offers.

â â â â â O pior deles nĂŁo Ă© nem a internet (que deixa muita a desejar) e sim a incompetĂȘncia dos funcionĂĄrios, o pĂ©ssimo atendimento presencial e pior ainda por telefone que custam a atender.... se querem passar raiva e com eles mesmo.
The worst of them is not even the internet (which leaves a lot to be desired), but the incompetence of the employees, the terrible attendance in person and even worse over the phone that they cost to answer .... if they want to be angry and with themselves.

â â â â â Baixa qualidade de fibra otica , pessimo atendimento , todas as vezes que tive um problema com minha internet sempre a mesma desculpa ÂŽÂŽĂ um problema geral na redeÂŽÂŽ . A cada semana ha um problema diferente , entregam bem menos do que a quantidade contratada , nao recomendo !
Low quality of optical fiber, poor service, every time I had a problem with my internet always the same excuse ÂŽÂŽItÂŽsa general problem on the networkÂŽÂŽ. Every week there is a different problem, they deliver much less than the contracted quantity, I do not recommend it!

â â â â â Eu simplesmente estou amando a internet de vcs, coloquei faz um pouco mais de uma semana que fizeram a instalação, velocidade excelente Ăłtima qualidade. ParabĂ©ns aos funcionĂĄrios pelo bom atendimento o rapaz foi super atencioso comigo e recomendo vcs sempre.
I'm just loving your internet, I put it on for a little over a week since the installation, excellent speed, great quality. Congratulations to the staff for the good service the guy was super attentive to me and I always recommend you guys.
