Levei um equipamento para análise e o técnico além de não analisar o equipamento apenas de "olhometro" disse que a impressora tinha problema nas placas e não compensava a manutenção. Procurei outro técnico e por 90 reais o profissional deixou ela zerada. Se tiverem problema com impressoras pequenas, nem percam tempo levando pra essa loja.
Bad service at least when it comes to printer maintenance. I took a piece of equipment for analysis and the technician, besides not analyzing the equipment just by looking at it, said that the printer had a problem with the plates and did not compensate for the maintenance. I looked for another technician and for 90 reais the professional left her to zero. If you have a problem with small printers, don't even waste time taking it to this store.
