★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pela segunda vez uma decepção na entrega, hoje fiz o pedido 20:59, com entrega prevista para 21:59, já beirando meia noite recebo uma ligação da atendente dizendo que poderia entregar naquele momento. Posso dizer que o lanche é bom, mas o pessoal da logística é realmente péssimo.
For the second time a disappointment in delivery, today I placed the order 20:59, with delivery scheduled for 21:59, already close to midnight I get a call from the attendant saying that I could deliver at that moment. I can say that the snack is good, but the logistics people are really bad.

Depois de hoje dia 22/01 nunca mais compro um água que que for nessa loja, não pelos lanches e sim pelo atendimento. Fiz o pedido de dois lanches Black Onion no Pão Australiano - lanches que apesar do preço caro valiam a pena e vinha com o acompanhamento de batatas fritas. E qual a surpresa não enviaram as batatas e como desculpa disseram que essa "promoção" havia acabado. Nunca se quer citavam isso como promoção. Enfim já que davam as maiores desculpas.pra não enviar a batata acabaram de perder um cliente.
Terrible - the snacks at Black Dog Guarulhos were the best in town. After today, the 22/01, I will never buy any water in this store again, not for the snacks, but for the service. I ordered two Black Onion snacks at Australian Bread - snacks that despite the expensive price were worth it and came with fries. And what a surprise they didn't send the potatoes and as an excuse they said that this "promotion" was over. You never want to mention that as a promotion. Anyway, since they gave the biggest excuses.for not sending the potato they just lost a customer.
