Chegamos e não podia utilizar narguile (sendo um lounge) até ser "autorizados", não podíamos juntar as mesas e estávamos em um grupo de pessoas. Conseguimos juntas as mesas e utilizar narguile no local graças a Amanda e ainda fomos desrespeitados por ter juntado mesas e estar sentados em um local que também não podia sentar, onde não foi explicado o motivo, apenas dito que não podia e uma forma rude.
A Amanda que nos tratou bem e veio nos pedir desculpas pelo ocorrido e os demais funcionários que nos tratou mal nem na nossa mesa vieram mais.
As estrelas são pelo atendimento da Amanda, pois os demais não mereciam nem metade disso.
Unprepared and totally uneducated attendants, except for the employee Amanda.
We arrived and couldn't use hookah (being a lounge) until we were "authorized", we couldn't join tables and we were in a group of people. We managed to put the tables together and use hookah on the spot thanks to Amanda and we were still disrespected for having joined tables and being seated in a place that I couldn't sit either, where the reason was not explained, just said that I couldn't and in a rude way.
Amanda who treated us well and came to apologize for what happened and the other employees who treated us badly didn't even come to our table anymore.
The stars are for Amanda's service, because the others didn't deserve even half of that.
