★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei meu pedido pelo ifood as 18:40h e 19:38h o pedido saiu para entrega, no ifood a previsão de chegada estava entre 19:30h e 19:40h, porém até aí tudo bem da pra ter bom senso, quando deu 20:15 eu liguei para o Black house 3x e não atenderam, chamei pelo chat do ifood para saber quando ia chegar, porém trataram com total descaso, a hambúrgueria é linda os lanches são bem feitos mas a experiência como cliente foi péssima pois esperei quase 2 horas pelo pedido e fui tratado com descaso e não recebi o lanche.
I placed my order through ifood at 18:40h and 19:38h the order went out for delivery, on ifood the expected arrival time was between 19:30h and 19:40h, but so far so good to have common sense, when it was 20: 15 I called the Black house 3x and they didn't answer, I called through the ifood chat to find out when it would arrive, but they treated it with total disregard, the burger is beautiful, the snacks are well made but the experience as a customer was terrible because I waited almost 2 hours for the request and I was treated with indifference and did not receive the snack.
