Provavelmente, confundido por algum outro cliente que estava, provavelmente, ligando repetidamente.
A ligação foi encerrada sem que eu tivesse a mínima opirtunidade de concluir a minha pergunta ou explicar o mal entendido.
Precisam melhorar a qualidade do atendimento!
