Fiz uma reclamação no Instagram e eles excluíram e me bloquearam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Disseram que demoraria 25min e demorou 50min, derrubaram o lanche da Ana Laura no chão, e a batata/bebida veio depois que ja tinhamos acabado o lanche!
Awful! They said it would take 25min and it took 50min, they dropped Ana Laura's snack on the floor, and the potato/drink came after we had finished the snack!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma piada. O lanche demorou o dobro do tempo, derrubaram o lanche da Ana Laura no chão e fomos muito mal atendidos. A batata do combo veio depois que finalizamos o lanche! Carne sem sal. Gratos pelo espaço!
A joke. The lunch took twice as long, Ana Laura's lunch was dropped on the floor and we were treated very poorly. The combo potato came after we finished the snack! Meat without salt. Thanks for the space!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A demora é grande, e eles não ligam para as reclamações não, simplesmente viram as costas para o cliente, meu lanche veio frio e depois de quase duas horas de espera, pedi para trocar eles requentou os hambúrgueres e só, isso por que o dono virou as costas pra mim quando fui reclamar.
The delay is long, and they don't care about complaints, they just turn their backs on the customer, my snack came cold and after almost two hours of waiting, I asked to change they reheated the hamburgers and that's it, that's why the owner turned his back on me when I went to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demorou muito para o lanche chegar. Falaram 20min e demorou mais de 1h, aí finalmente quando o pedido chegou (eram 3 combos) mandaram os lanches primeiros e a carne estava sem sal, a batata e as bebidas só chegaram depois que acabamos de comer o lanche.
Detalhe derrubaram o lanche da Ana Laura no chão na hora de entregar e ao invés de passar o pedido dela na frente, para “compensar” o transtorno, fizeram ela ficar esperando um tempão, até que ele desistisse de comer.
Muita falta de respeito com o cliente, equipe muito desorganizada!

[ 2 hambúrgueres, bacon, cheddar, cebola caramelizada e ovo (talvez eu tenha esquecido de algum ingrediente), um dos melhores lanches que eu já comi, carne macia, bacon super crocante, ovo com a gema mole que eu amo, muito bom, tá de parabéns ?? ]
O lugar é bem gostoso, uma das coisas que mais gostei foi a música, tocou de tudo, o que deu mais vontade de ficar no lugar curtindo.
Atendimento muito bom, o pessoal é bem simpático e o lanche saiu rápido mas não tava tão movimentado quando fui por conta da chuva.

The place is very nice, one of the things I liked the most was the music, it played everything, which made me want to stay in the place and enjoy it more.
Very good service, the staff is very friendly and the snack came out fast but it wasn't so busy when I went because of the rain.
