★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência com a Blanco Autocenter tinha um Citroen C3 modelo 2009 levei lá para fazer a limpeza nos bicos injetores e dai pra frente foi só dor de cabeça o carro ficou péssimo fizeram um serviço porco cada vez que voltava lá para refazer o trabalho horrível que eles fizeram acabava gastando muito mais acabei trocando de carro e o defeito não foi resolvido .
Acabei trocando de carro essa semana levei um Gol G7 2017 para trocar as correias e o carro voltou apresentando alarme da injeção eletrônica detalhe o carro não estava apresentando problema algum cheguei a conclusão que eles estão agindo de má fé porque o carro estava perfeito era só trocar as correias e pronto agora estou com o carro com problema
Mecânicos desonestos sem profissionalismo colocando defeito no automóvel do cliente sem nenhum cuidado e zelo pela propriedade dos outros
Quando uma pessoa não sabe consertar um determinado veículo porque o mesmo é moderno e o mecânico por falta de capacidade ou instrução e qualificação não deveria mexer no veículo não sabe fazer não põe a o simplesmente assim

I had a terrible experience with Blanco Autocenter I had a Citroen C3 model 2009 I took it there to clean the injector nozzles and from then on it was just a headache the car was terrible they did a dirty job every time I went back there to redo the horrible job what they did I ended up spending a lot more I ended up changing cars and the defect was not resolved.
I ended up changing cars this week I took a Gol G7 2017 to change the belts and the car came back with an electronic injection alarm detail the car was not having any problems I concluded that they are acting in bad faith because the car was perfect it was just a change the straps and that's it, now I have a problem with the car
Dishonest mechanics without professionalism defecting the customer's car without any care and zeal for the property of others
When a person does not know how to repair a certain vehicle because it is modern and the mechanic, due to lack of capacity or instruction and qualification, should not use the vehicle, he does not know how to do it, he simply does not put it like that

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei o meu carro lá pra trocar uns pneus e me deram 1 hora de prazo ..mas qdo retornei não tinham nem mexido na roda ainda...elno fim um outro profissional é que teve de resolver o pepino !! Apesar do serviço ter ficado bem feito, me deixou uma má impressão...recomendo que melhorem o atendimento !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento. Acompanhei todo o serviço. O técnico me assessorou de forma a realizar o rodízio de pneus e comprar apenas um pneu novo, haja vista que o step nunca havia sido utilizado. Pagamento em até 10 vezes no cartão. Recomendo.
Excellent service. I followed the entire service. The technician advised me in order to perform the tire rotation and buy only a new tire, given that the step had never been used. Payment up to 10 times on the card. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui cliente da Blanco por muitos anos ,até q levei meu carro p fazer revisão de 40000, e deixaram uma peça solta no meu carro, ao voltar p reclamar do barulho ouvi coisas do tipo pela gerência,e assim mesmo, levei meu carro no lava rápido no outro dia não pegou....há leva na autorizada p ver o q é depois volta aqui q a gente vê o q pode fazer.....me deixaram q nem boba, até q eu exigi que revissem tudo q fizeram na minha revisão, o gerente mais uma vez me deu as costas , até q um mecânico falou, nos vamos revisar tudo p Sra., onde constatou q a proteção do filtro de combustível, que foi trocado estava solta....bem o gerente continuou lá atrás do balcão com a mesma cara de arrogância , interessante q são os mesmos donos de anos mas o pós serviço péssimo, nao confio mais na blanco, nem recomendo a ninguém, qdo vc chega é uma simpatia só, depois .....se tiver problemas nos serviços que eles mesmo fazem, é se preparar p passar nervoso como eu passei.
I was a Blanco customer for many years, until I took my car for a 40000 service, and they left a loose part in my car, when I came back to complain about the noise, I heard things like that from the management, and even so, I took my car to the lavatory quick the other day it didn't catch....there's a take to the authorized one to see what it is then come back here and we'll see what we can do..... they made me look like a fool, until I demanded that they review everything they did in my review , the manager once again turned his back on me, until a mechanic said, we are going to review everything for you, where he found that the fuel filter protection, which was changed, was loose....well the manager continued there behind the counter with the same arrogant face, interesting that they are the same owners for years but the after service is terrible, I don't trust blanco anymore, I don't recommend it to anyone, when you arrive it's just a sympathy, then ..... if you have problems in the services that they do themselves, it is to prepare to be nervous as I did.
