Me pareceu que a preocupação principal é sondar o nível de poder aquisitivo do cliente. Eles nunca cobram o mesmo valor para o mesmo tipo de serviço e sempre inflam na hora do pagamento. Ou seja, você nunca sabe o que vai pagar. Nem salões consagrados da região usam mais essa técnica. Aliás, os valores praticados por eles já estão bem acima dos praticados por essas marcas. Creio que transparência seja tudo nos dias de hoje.
I arrived in this space through a friend. It has quality professionals but I didn't feel comfortable. It seemed to me that the main concern is to probe the customer's level of purchasing power. They never charge the same amount for the same type of service and always inflate at the time of payment. In other words, you never know what you're going to pay. Not even renowned salons in the region use this technique anymore. In fact, the values practiced by them are already well above those practiced by these brands. I believe transparency is everything these days.
