A ideia que se tem do Crossfit é equivocada.
Pode ser praticado tanto por quem não pratica atividade, quanto por atletas.
E o Box Blindado tem estrutura e coaches excelentes.
Mesmo durante a quarentena recebemos assistência online, e nos mantivemos ativos.
O Crossfit em si é estimulante, quanto mais se pratica, mais dá vontade, e o ambiente de convívio é muito agradável.
É um investimento para o bem-estar que vale muito a pena. Recomendo!

A começar pela estrutura incrível, amplo espaço de treinamento e excelentes equipamentos, barras, anilhas, remos indoor, etc.
Os vestiários também são muito bons.
Os sócios também são extremamente atenciosos, Thiago e Rodrigo muito gente boa.
E o HeadCoach Thomas monta workouts muito bons e com boa periodização.
Além disso, é um box que tem uma politica de drop in aos finais de semana.

Além de toda estrutura do box, a galera que frequenta é super colaborativa com os iniciantes e demais, deixando o ambiente super agradável e divertido.
