I was not personally in the store, but for the service I had for instragran with Tati torres, it is certainly an excellent store, good products, great prices ... for instragran (direct) I bought some excellent energy drinks ... and one more I thank Tati for the service and the excellent quality product ... this is more than recommended. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ver pra sacar um pedivela e pediram 25, fui pesquisar e a chave pra sacar custa 16 e mais 9,5 de frete, portanto compro a chave e retiro quantas vezes precisar. E o serviço não demora nem 1 minuto pra fazer e queriam que deixasse a bicicleta lá pra fazer isso, sem contar que uma pessoa que não entende nada de conserto ficava falando umas coisas absurdas pra tentar justificar o valor.
I went to see it to get a crankset and they asked for 25, I went to research and the key to get it out costs 16 and another 9.5 for shipping, so I buy the key and take it out as many times as I need. And the service doesn't take even 1 minute to do and they wanted me to leave the bike there to do it, not to mention that a person who doesn't understand anything about repairs kept saying absurd things to try to justify the value.
