★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente há muitos anos, mas isso não parece importar para os donos do estabelecimento. Hj com hora marcada me deparei com o estabelecimento fechado por falta de luz. Não comunicaram os clientes pq estavam sem telefone... e celular? Os Contatos estavam no computador... sério? Se acontece qq coisa com o computador eles perdem tudo????? Muito amadorismo e falta de respeito com cliente. A recepcionista nem desculpas pediu, totalmente despreparada. Triste...
He had been a customer for many years, but that does not seem to matter to the owners of the establishment. Hj by appointment I came across the establishment closed for lack of light. They did not communicate the clients because they were without telephone ... and cell phone? Contacts were on the computer ... seriously? If it happens that thing with the computer they lose everything ????? Very amateurish and lack of respect with customer. The clerk apologized, totally unprepared. Sad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida ,até o dia 21/12/2020,sai com as unhas da mão cheias de bolas ,antes nunca havia ocorrido algo assim e a gerente ainda quis que eu voltasse ,depois que reclamei, no dia seguinte . Ontem minha sobrinha esteve lá e comentou a dita gerente falou a que bom ela não vem então vou marcar outra cliente . Minha sobrinha ficou indignada,falta de traquejo para lidar com o cliente. Desejo deixar bem claro que durante muito tempo frequentando o salão ,3sse tipo de coisa nunca aconteceu,tenho 62 anos ,sou diabetica. infartada e tenho câncer sei que merecia mais consideração. Eu não posso sair
I was always well attended, until 12/21/2020, I left with my fingernails full of balls, before something like this had never happened before and the manager still wanted me to come back, after I complained, the next day. Yesterday my niece was there and commented the said manager said how good she is not coming so I'm going to appoint another client. My niece was outraged, lack of skills to deal with the client. I want to make it very clear that for a long time attending the salon, this kind of thing never happened, I am 62 years old, I am diabetic. I have a heart attack and I know I deserved more consideration. I can not go out
