★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horríveeeeeel, acabaram com o meu cabelo, me esqueceram com o produto, deixaram meu cabelo amarelo ovo e não dá cor que escolhi, quando foi no outro dia, meu cabelo saia na mão, entrei em desespero e mandei msg, a pessoa que fez nem lembrava que ela mesmo tinha feito um dia antes, já gastei muito dinheiro tentando recuperar, fora que o valor não ficou o prometido da promoção. Péssimo atendimento, péssimo produto usado detonou meu cabelo, péssimo td.
Horríveeeeeel, they ended up with my hair, they forgot me with the product, they left my hair egg yellow and it doesn't give the color I chose, when it was the other day, my hair came out in my hand, I despaired and I sent msg, the person who did not I remembered that she had done it herself the day before, I have already spent a lot of money trying to recover, besides that the value was not what was promised for the promotion. Bad service, bad used product blew my hair, bad td.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, como n passei no teste de mecha a responsável pelo salão simplesmente n quis fazer meu cabelo, se esse fosse o ponto eu n me importaria, porém ela n fez nenhuma outra sugestão pra resolver meu problema, sai de lá arrasada e fui pra outro salão, que deixou meu cabelo incrível sem danificar um fio. Achei o atendimento horrível. Pra mim são profissionais q estão mais preocupados em parecer descolados no Instagram do que com a auto estima das clientes.
Terrible, as I passed the lock test the person in charge of the salon simply didn't want to do my hair, if that was the point I wouldn't mind, but she didn't make any other suggestion to solve my problem, I left there devastated and went to another one salon, which left my hair amazing without damaging a strand. I found the service horrible. For me, they are professionals who are more concerned with looking cool on Instagram than with the self-esteem of their clients.
