★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O meu parceiro me apresentou esse local, que é um dos preferidos dele quando o assunto é donuts. E eu me apaixonei pelos sabores, e sempre que bate aquela vontade de comer um docinho de boa qualidade, já sabemos para onde ir.
Mas infelizmente, nas últimas vezes em que fomos, ficamos decepcionados.
Faltando umas 2 horas para encerrar às atividades, o local já não tinha os filled, que são os donuts recheados, pelos quais temos preferência.
E esse fato aconteceu pela terceira vez.
Deixamos como sugestão, que façam o gerenciamento da produção, utilizando o PCP (planejamento e controle de produção).
Não são apenas dois clientes que ficam esperando na fila, e quando chegam para pedir não tem os donuts que desejavam. Sempre que vamos tentar comprar, tem mais pessoas que estavam à espera.
No final das contas, o prejuízo é sempre maior da não venda da mercadoria, do que da perda dos ingredientes.
Com um planejamento, vocês conseguirão atender com maestria a todos os clientes.
Queremos voltar mais de 1000 vezes na loja de vocês, então façam mais donuts, por favoooor!

My partner introduced me to this place, which is one of his favorites when it comes to donuts. And I fell in love with the flavors, and whenever I get the urge to eat a good quality sweet, we already know where to go.
But unfortunately, the last few times we went, we were disappointed.
With 2 hours to go before the activities ended, the place no longer had the filled ones, which are the stuffed donuts, which we prefer.
And this fact happened for the third time.
We leave it as a suggestion, that they manage the production, using the PCP (production planning and control).
It's not just two customers waiting in line, and when they come to order, they don't have the donuts they wanted. Whenever we go to try to buy, there are more people waiting.
In the end, the loss is always greater from not selling the merchandise than from losing the ingredients.
