Perguntei se tinha maionese no lanche, só pra saber se eu pegaria ou não e ela se ofereceu pra trazer um sem maionese. Não precisava mas o fez achei uma atitude maravilhosa
The buffet staff were super polite and trying to please the guest.
I asked if there was mayonnaise in the snack, just to know if I would take it or not, and she offered to bring one without mayonnaise. I didn't need to but I thought it was a wonderful attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No piso superior não chega alimento ou bebida. Se você não sentar na parte inferior, não irá comer nada. Por 2x pedi ajuda de um funcionário, pois meu filho estava com fome, me olharam torto e duvidaram do que eu comentei sobre não estar sendo servida. Péssimo.
On the upper floor there is no food or drink. If you don't sit at the bottom, you won't eat anything. Twice I asked for help from an employee, because my son was hungry, they looked at me crookedly and doubted what I said about not being served. Terrible.
