Eu e minha esposa chegamos ao local em 30/09/2015 às 13:35, cuja a intenção seria olhar vaga de aula de natação para minha filha de apenas cinco aninhos. Quando, ao chamarmos pelo portão, buzinando o carro, pois não havia ninguém na portaria para nos atender, veio uma pessoa, dizendo ser a funcionária responsável, perguntando-nos "o que é que vocês querem?" . de pronto, embasbacado com o tipo de pergunta nos proferida, ainda em tom de brincadeira, respondi àquela funcionária que estávamos ali para conversarmos.
A funcionária, ainda dentro da escola e nós, Eu e minha esposa, postos ao lado de fora, começou a nos questionar sobre nossa intenção. De pronto a explanamos, enquanto ela abria o portão, que desejaríamos matricular nossa filha, ali, e queríamos saber os horários disponíveis, lógico, que nos atendesse.
Aí veio a pior parte do atendimento, ela, a funcionária que nos atendia, olhando os horários, observou que o horário quisto por nós, às 18:00 estava com as vagas preenchidas, aí, para ela, a funcionária tirar suas respectivas dúvidas, tocante ao horário, questionou outra pessoa, diga-se de passagem funcionária daquela academia, onde esta pessoa de imediato respondeu em alto e bom tom: "nesse horário é sem chance!". Essa pessoa que relatou, certamente é uma das professoras daquele local, pois estava transvestida com roupas tipicas de esporte, podendo até ser uma das professoras.
Diante do relato descrito aqui, pergunto à você, ilustre leitor: Você quer mesmo deixar seu filho num local onde todos tratam mal seus usuários e clientes? Se fizeram comigo e esposa, imaginem se fosse com as crianças, no caso em questão, minha filhinha de cinco anos!
Assim, concito à você, caro leitor, procure uma academia de natação que tratem à todos com respeito e um mínimo de dignidade.

My wife and I arrived at the venue on September 30, 2015 at 1:35 pm, whose intention was to look vaguely at swimming class for my five-year-old daughter. When, as we called through the gate, honking the car because there was no one at the concierge to answer us, a person came, claiming to be the responsible employee, asking us "what do you want?" . At once, amazed at the kind of question we were asked, still jokingly, I answered that employee who was there to talk.
The employee, still in school and we, my wife and I, standing outside, began to question us about our intent. We were about to explain, as she opened the gate, that we would want to enroll our daughter there, and we wanted to know the available times, of course, that would suit us.
Then came the worst part of the service, she, the employee who assisted us, looking at the schedules, noted that the time we wanted, at 18:00 had vacancies filled, then, for her, the employee to answer their questions, Concerning the schedule, asked another person, it should be said of an employee of that gym, where this person immediately answered loud and clear: "this time is no chance!". This person who reported, certainly is one of the teachers of that place, because she was transvestite with typical sports clothes, and may even be one of the teachers.
In light of the account described here, I ask you, distinguished reader: Do you really want to leave your child in a place where everyone treats their users and customers badly? If they did it to me and wife, imagine if it was with the children, in this case my 5 year old daughter!
So, I grant you, dear reader, look for a swimming academy that will treat everyone with respect and a minimum of dignity.

A piscina é aquecida e sempre está quentinha. Mesmo em dias mais frios, a temperatura da água é sempre a mesma.
Agradeço demais a todos que trabalham na academia! É ótimo fazer aula onde os profissionais são competentes e nos recebem sempre muito bem.

The pool is heated and always warm. Even on colder days, the water temperature is always the same.
