Tentei fazer o cancelamento da minha matrícula na academia Bluefit e o atendimento me informou que só posso cancelar se pagar a ultima fatura em aberto (programada para um cartão de crédito que não tenho possibilidade de usar no momento). Já achei um absurdo essa exigência, isso não existe. Posso cancelar e pagar o valor em aberto em seguida normalmente, uma coisa não pode ser vinculada a outra. No entanto, como é um valor devido mesmo e que terei que pagar independente do cancelamento ou não, pedi para que gerasse um boleto e assim resolvemos logo tudo isso, mesmo sendo algo abusivo.
A Bluefit me informou que não pode gerar um boleto, isso só seria possível se eu tivesse devendo mais de uma fatura (me obrigando a pagar mais - abusivos abusivos abusivos) e mantiveram o impedimento de cancelar se não pagar.
Resumindo, me impedem de pagar o valor aberto porque a única opção seria uma cartão de crédito e me impedem de cancelar porque a fatura está em aberto porque eles mesmos não me deixam pagar. Seria um dilema? não, é safadeza mesmo.
Atendimento horroroso, técnicas abusivas de arrancar dinheiro dos clientes. nunca mais piso meus pés nesse lugar.

I tried to cancel my enrollment at the Bluefit gym and the customer service informed me that I can only cancel if I pay the last open bill (scheduled for a credit card that I can't use at the moment). I already found this requirement absurd, it doesn't exist. I can cancel and pay the outstanding amount then normally, one thing cannot be linked to another. However, as it is an amount due and that I will have to pay regardless of the cancellation or not, I asked him to generate a ticket and so we resolved all this soon, even though it was something abusive.
Bluefit informed me that they cannot generate a boleto, this would only be possible if I owed more than one invoice (forcing me to pay more - abusive abusive abusive) and they kept the impediment to cancel if I don't pay.
In short, they prevent me from paying the open amount because the only option would be a credit card and they prevent me from canceling because the invoice is open because they won't let me pay. Would it be a dilemma? no, it's really naughty.
Horrible service, abusive techniques to extract money from customers. I will never set foot in this place again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha nova academia ! Sensacional, dá um banho na Physical e é mil vezes mais barata. Horários flexíveis, só não tem a Taís, que é o que a Physical tem de melhor. De resto, recomendo muito.
My new gym! Sensational, take a bath at Physical and it's a thousand times cheaper. Flexible hours, only Taís doesn't have it, which is the best thing about Physical. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far so good. Not the best equipped gym around but it has basic equipments. Too many treadmills and elliptical machines. They should replace some of them with workout machines so clients wouldn't have to wait for others while one equipment is being used (they'd have alternative).
The place is clean, rest/locker room is properly maintained and clean, locker size is pretty big. Staff is nice in general, some are friendly some not (for whatever reason).
