★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia possui uma boa estrutura física (tanto para a musculação quanto para outras modalidades), equipamentos novos, banheiros amplos e confortáveis, estacionamento, boa localização, uma equipe atenciosa e cordial. Os protocolos sanitários estão sendo aplicados. Recomendo
 The gym has a good physical structure (both for weight training and for other sports), new equipment, large and comfortable bathrooms, parking, good location, an attentive and friendly staff. Health protocols are being applied. I recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia simplesmente se matem fechada dizendo que segue o decreto na prefeitura sendo q esse decreto não está sendo valido,não dão satisfação aos alunos, não tem respostas concretas, não nos deixam cancelar a matrícula e está cobrando o mês normalmente.
Funcionários não nos atendem simplesmente nos trata como se não existíamos, abre o o agendamento no site e depois deixam a gente bater c a cara na porta sem avisar aí quando n tem mais graça manda um e-mail q o fechamento foi prorrogado.
Me sinto lesada e extremamente chateada com o tratamento e a forma q a academia vem nós tratando nos últimos dias!!
Não malhem lá vão tratar vcs como cachorros!!
The academy simply kill themselves closed saying that it follows the decree in the city hall, since this decree is not being valid, they do not give satisfaction to the students, they do not have concrete answers, they do not let us cancel the enrollment and they are charging the month normally.
Employees do not answer us simply treat us as if we did not exist, open the scheduling on the website and then let us knock on the door without warning there when there is more grace send an email q the closing has been extended.
I feel injured and extremely upset with the treatment and the way the gym has been treating us for the past few days !!
Do not work out there will treat you like dogs !!

The gym is good, until you have a problem with the service and try to resolve it with them. Oh yes, you will know what neglect is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é boa dentro do possível, alguns equipamentos deixam a desejar, principalmente os bancos para realização de supinos etc... mas fora isso tudo nos conformes.
The gym is as good as possible, some equipment leaves something to be desired, especially benches for bench presses, etc... but other than that, everything is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra ficar melhor seria interessante o professor de plantão ficar no local para dar orientação ou tirar alguma dúvida, muitas vezes vc olha pro lado, procura e nada... não estão na área.
A outra observação seria dar uma manutenção em alguns aparelhos que precisam de lubrificação.
To get better, it would be interesting for the teacher on duty to stay on site to give guidance or answer any questions, often you look to the side, look and nothing... they are not in the area.
The other observation would be to service some devices that need lubrication.
