O atendimento da unidade Shopping Leblon é excelente!!!! Moda praia bonita e de boa qualidade, só precisa aumentar a escala de tamanhos para acolher melhor o público plus size. GG, XG e XXG também vão à praia!
The service at the Shopping Leblon unit is excellent !!!! Beautiful and good quality swimwear, you only need to increase the size scale to better accommodate the plus size public. GG, XG and XXG also go to the beach!

Warning for non-Portuguese speakers!!: I had the most shocking experience there a couple of weeks ago. I don’t speak Portuguese and failed to noticed the “leve 3 pague 2” (take 3, pay 2) sign in the window when I entered. I bought two items and left. Since I liked one of the items I decided to go back 15 minutes later and get another one. That’s when I noticed the sign. They tried every excuse possible to gaslight me and to not honor the promotion.. “You didn’t pick 3 items”, “if we refund your card you won’t get the money for several days” (as if that mattered, and why refund anyway, just give me my free item!), “it’s actually buy 3 get one free”, “we just closed so we can’t” (the store closed during this insane 20 minute argument). All of this in Portuguese which I understood much of because I speak Spanish. What I found most shocking was that it wasn’t just one worker, but three of them plus the manager all in agreement to try to make sure I didn’t get the third item. Finally the manager made a phone call and very reluctantly gave it to me. When I later recounted the story to several locals, they sadly told me they were not surprised, that this sort of thing is very common. It’s not that common though because when I walked into another branch in ipanema later during my trip, the salesperson immediately told me about the promotion. He wouldn’t just allow someone to buy two items like an idiot and walk out without getting the third free one. I found the experience gross and I hope someone from the corporation reads this and maybe can do some retraining on how to treat customers with honesty, good intentions and honor. Comprei dois itens e fui embora. Como gostei de um dos itens, decidi voltar 15 minutos depois e comprar outro. Foi quando notei o sinal. Eles tentaram todas as desculpas possíveis para me enganar e não honrar a promoção.. “Você não escolheu 3 itens”, “se devolvermos seu cartão, você não receberá o dinheiro por vários dias” (como se isso importasse, e por que reembolsar de qualquer maneira, apenas me dê meu item grátis!), “na verdade, compre 3 e ganhe um grátis”, “acabamos de fechar, então não podemos” (a loja fechou durante essa discussão insana de 20 minutos). Tudo isso em português que eu entendi muito porque falo espanhol. O que achei mais chocante foi que não era apenas um trabalhador, mas três deles mais o gerente, todos concordando em tentar garantir que eu não recebesse o terceiro item. Finalmente, o gerente fez um telefonema e muito relutantemente me deu. Quando mais tarde contei a história para vários moradores, eles me disseram com tristeza que não estavam surpresos, que esse tipo de coisa é muito comum. Mas não é tão comum porque quando entrei em outra filial em ipanema mais tarde durante minha viagem, o vendedor imediatamente me contou sobre a promoção. Ele não permitiria apenas que alguém comprasse dois itens como um idiota e saísse sem receber o terceiro de graça. Achei a experiência nojenta e espero que alguém da corporação leia isso e talvez possa fazer algum treinamento sobre como tratar os clientes com honestidade, boas intenções e honra.
